PEOPLE | OUR HEART
Our heart is for all people. All people are loved by Jesus. We are focused on reaching those far from God and giving them an opportunity to come close.
GENEROSITY | OUR PRIVILEGE
Generosity is giving more than what is required and we see THis as a privilege. We are generous with ouR time, talents, and treasure. God has given much to us, it’s our privilege to give it back to Him.
EXCELLENCE | OUR SPIRIT
We are going to always do the best with what we have. We’re on time, engaged, and prepared. If we’re going to do anything, we do it to the best of our ability.
SERVANT LEADERSHIP | OUR IDENTITY
If you’re too big to serve, then you are too small to lead. We believe the greatest leadership is service to others. Every leader is a servant first. From the parking lot, to the auditorium, everyone serves. Every role is different, but they’re all important.
HONOR | OUR CALLING
We are vocal with our honor. We submit to leadership and are thankful for spiritual authority. We choose joyfully to submit TO those God has placed over us. We honor and care for those God has placed under us.
GOD’S PRESENCE | OUR PASSION
The Holy Spirit is present and moving in our lives. The presence of God distinguishes us, comforts us and empowers us (2 Corinthians 3:18)
